Returns & Exchanges

At Futuro, we want you to love your home; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Futuro account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
